Who qualifies for ARMHS services?
Adults 18 and older in Minnesota who have a diagnosed mental illness, need help with everyday tasks because of it, and are enrolled in Medical Assistance. A licensed professional confirms eligibility during a short assessment.
How do I get started?
Fill out the Request Services form or call us. We will contact you within one to two business days, ask a few questions, and schedule your assessment.
What does ARMHS cost?
Nothing out of pocket for eligible clients. ARMHS is covered by Medical Assistance and the major MA health plans we work with.
How does the referral process work for providers?
Submit the online referral form with client and insurance details. Our operations supervisor reviews it, confirms eligibility, and contacts you within 24–48 business hours.
Is this covered by my insurance?
We accept Medical Assistance through Medica, Hennepin Health, Allina Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Essentia Health. If you do not see your plan, contact us and we will check.
Where do the services happen?
